Digital Sky stepped in at an awkward time. We had just invested in a full digital patient management, health-care solution from another provider and had attempted an installation with that provider which had failed. The software manufacturer referred us directly to Digital Sky to address the failed installation, make recommendations for the long term to include cyber security and hardware. There was an additional investment involved on the front end, but once the solution proposed was implemented and regular maintenance was adhered to, little to no issues arose and maximum efficiency, the highest level of security and trouble-free workdays became the new norm.
